 Nizami Biryani Marinade is used to flavour biryani, a popular and aromatic rice dish that originated in the Indian subcontinent. Biryani is made with fragrant long-grain rice, meat (such as chicken, mutton, or fish), or vegetables, and a variety of spices that lend it a distinctive and flavourful taste.

Premium exotic spices are typically ground or crushed together to create a fine biryani seasoning blend. The blend is combined with yogurt & Cow Ghee to create an aromatic Ready marinade, that is then smoked using traditional charcoal smoke. This marinade contributes to the complex and layered taste profile of biryani, creating a harmonious balance of flavours.  Adding this marinade to meats/ vegetables during the cooking process, infuses the biryani with its aromatic flavours.

In addition to the marinade, other ingredients such as onions and tomatoes can also be used in the preparation of biryani, further enhancing its taste and aroma. Biryani is typically garnished with fried onions, fresh mint leaves, and/or cilantro before serving, adding a final touch of freshness and visual appeal to the dish.
