Por Kwan Coconut Sugar 400g
Por Kwan Coconut sugar is the crystallised nectar of the coconut palm tree blossom, made by boiling the flower’s sap until it thickens and solidifies. It has been used as a natural sweetener in South-East Asia for centuries, particularly in the Philippines and Indonesia, and is also known as coco sugar, coconut palm sugar or coco sap sugar.
Use:
Por Kwan coconut sugar is good in cakes, cookies, sprinkled on top of granola, mixed into a parfait, used in sauces, and any other method where regular sugar finds its way into foods. To use coconut sugar as a substitute for white or brown sugar, simply measure it at a one-to-one ratio.
