Afroase whole Ogbono seeds originated and were first grown in Southern Nigeria. It is made from the seed of the African wild mango fruit which is also delicious in its fresh form.

Storage & Use:

Keep the whole ogbono in a jar in a cool and dry place. If the jar is left uncovered then the ogbono might just attract ants. The whole ogbono is used to make soups. It is usually added to thicken the soup base.
