Fresh Tindori

Fresh Tindora is commonly used in the cuisines of Southern India. It is also known as the ‘Ivy Gourd’ but it has less of a gourd-like appearance to them than a resemblance to little cucumbers. Storage & Uses:

Tindori is perishable and will keep for up to one week when stored in a paper bag in the refrigerator. It can be used in various recipes, stir-fried or slow-cooked.
