Pad Thai Paste 227g
Pad Thai Paste is used to make fried noodle dishes combining flavours of sweet (white or palm sugar, in USA also ketchup is used), sour (vinegar, lime or tamarind) and salty (fish sauce or salt). It is a combination of wide rice noodles, marinated vegetables, crispy bean sprouts, peanuts, fried tofu, dried shrimps, and any meat or various seafood. This dish is cooked in a flat pan, not in a wok.
Use:
Mix the required amount of paste with water to taste and heat over a low flame. Add the resulting sauce to the dish and cook together until all ingredients are softened. You can use it to flavour fried rice noodles, bean sprouts, peanuts, shrimp, meat and to quickly prepare the famous Thai dish Pad Thai.
