Jade Leaf Brand Large Tapioca Pearl

Jade Leaf Large Tapioca Pearls, which comes from the cassava root, has many uses in Asia, particularly in South-East Asia. In the form of starch or pearls, tapioca is very filling, easily digestible and energetic. Tapioca pearls are particularly appreciated for their chewy texture, which is almost reminiscent of a jelly bean that would explode in your mouth. With their neutral sweetness, they can be adapted to a number of desserts and drinks.

Uses:

To cook your tapioca pearls nothing could be simpler, just cook them in a pan of boiling water and wait until the pearls turn white and are translucent. Once cooked, rinse them with clean water and you're ready to go.
