Tandoori Marinade is used particularly in the preparation of grilled or ‘tandoori’ dishes. Premium hand pounded spices are combined with yogurt & cold pressed mustard oil to form a paste to create a flavorful marinade that is then smoked using traditional charcoal smoke. The meat, seafood, or vegetables are then marinated in this mixture and then cooked on gas top, oven or barbeque.

This marinade is easy to use, coats well and imparts the flavour profile of food that is traditionally cooked in a tandoor oven at high temperatures, resulting in a smoky and charred exterior with a tender and juicy interior.
