Simsek Lorena Wafer

Simsek Lorena Wafer is a crisp, often sweet, very thin, flat, light and dry biscuit, often used to decorate ice cream, and also used as a garnish on some sweet dishes.

It tastes great as it is, and works as a superb accompaniment for coffee, milk shakes or juices. It can be used as a garnish for various ice creams, puddings and other desserts.

Wheat flour, sugars (glucose syrup, sugar, barley malt extract), coconut oil, whey powder (milk), low fat cocoa, soy flour, chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass), skimmed milk powder, hazelnuts, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), salt, soy lecithins, spices, bourbon vanilla pods.
