Tony's Delight Madhura Seva  250g

Tony’s Delight Madhura seva means sweet noodles in Malayalam. This dish is also the closest cousin to Manoharam , one of traditional sweets, a must for Tamil Iyer marriages. Noodles are made with chickpea flour/besan flour dough and then fried and later coated with sugar syrup. This will be white in color due to sugar and dusting of powdered sugar.

Use:

This scrumptious snack is very fun to munch with tea or coffee. It’s a nice tea time snack or even pairs well with beer or a cocktail.

Gram flour / besan, salt, water, oil, sugar, water.
