Storage & Uses:

Mix the contents of the pack with water to form soft dough. Set aside. Divide the dough and mould into doughnut shape. Heat Oil and deep fry Medu Vada on medium flame till crispy and golden brown. Serve hot with Sambar/chutney. Store the remaining dry mix in a cool and dry place for later use.
