MDH Karahi Chicken Masala 100g

MDH Karahi Chicken Masala has just the right balance of spices so you can give this North Indian and Pakistani specialty the perfect, authentic taste. Karahi Chicken is prepared with paprika and has a thick gravy that goes well with naan, roti or rice.

Use:

In a pan, heat oil and fry onions until translucent. Add chicken pieces and Karahi Chicken Masala. Fry for 10 minutes till tender. Cook for 20 minutes till they are soft and tender. Sprinkle crushed Kasoori Methi and lemon juice.

Coriander, cumin, chilli, turmeric, black pepper, cloves, fenugreek leaves, salt, nutmeg, dry ginger, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, bay leaf, pulse, fennel, caraway, mustard, garlic flakes, onion flakes, cardamom green, asafoetida.
