They’re often studded with chopped tomato, cilantro, chillies and onion. It's like a soft thin pizza made of rice-lentil batter and pan-fried. Traditionally topped with chopped onions, tomato, green chillies etc.

Ingredients:

Rice flour, urad dal, salt, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, green chilies, ginger powder and fenugreek seeds powder.
