Haidloo Hot Pot Seasoning Spicy Flavour is spicy hot pot seasoning for fondue, hot pot or noodle soup. It is a mix of various Asian spices, vegetables and Sichuan peppers so that the soup base is tasty. You can season stir-fry dishes or prepare sauce with it. 

Use:

Mix the basic herbs and the hot pot seasoning with 1000ml of water and then with ginger pieces and shallots / onions according to your preference. Then you can add other vegetables or meat after cooking.
