Koningsvogel Sambal Trassi 375g

Koningsvogel Sambal Trassi is a thick, fiery chili sauce recipe from Indonesia made with dried shrimp paste and bird's eye chilies, served with fried foods or as a dipping sauce. Sambal is basically a hot chilli paste condiment. Sambal terasi is stronger in flavor (more tangy and with more fermented belacan). Sambal is native to the cuisines of Indonesia, and popular in Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Brunei and Singapore. Koningsvogel Sambal Trassi is a sambal paste prepared with fermented shrimp paste, this sambal is made from freshly chopped lomboks (tiny chilli peppers) with coconut, garlic, and ginger.

Salt, soft brown sugar, lemon juice, small piece trassi, Green chilli, Fresh red chilies, shrimp paste
