Niharti Mace Ground Javantri Powder is the red coloured condiment, present as the second membrane covering the seed of the nutmeg fruit. Its taste is milder than that of nutmeg and is used in recipes which are delicately flavoured. It consists of essential oils, which give out its peculiar flavour and aroma.

Use:

Javantri powder is used while brewing milk tea or masala milk, primarily because it tastes like pepper. Try using mace spice while making pickles, ketchups, curries and sauces. Mace spice has often been used while making delicious mashed potatoes, broths, soups and rice preparations.
