Panang Curry Paste 400g

Panang is one of the most well known curries in Thai cuisine, typically found in central and southern regions of the country. As with other types of gaeng (curry), the backbone of flavour for the dish comes from Panang Curry Paste, an aromatic curry paste.

Use:

Mix the required amount of paste with water to taste and heat over a low flame. Add the resulting sauce to the dish and cook together until all ingredients are softened.
