Regal Pakorian is gram flour droplets fried in oil and gently salted, ideal as a light snack. Our pakorian is a light and delicious savoury item fried to a traditional recipe. Pakorian is made from plant-based ingredients and is suitable for vegetarians. Prepared from gram flour, caraway seeds and salt, this simple snack is often paired with yoghurt to create new sides like raita and dahi bhalley.
