Santapai Mapo Tofu 50g

Santapai Mapo tofu is a popular Chinese dish from Sichuan province. It consists of tofu set in a spicy sauce, typically a thin, oily, and bright red suspension, based on douban, and douchi, along with minced meat, traditionally beef.

Use:

Use tofu and cut into small cubes; heat up a wok, pour in the vegetable oil and this recipe basel add in the tofu and water; stir gently and simmer for 2 minutes; then add wet cornstarch, garnish with chopped leeks or shallots.
