Use:
Mix beef pieces/mince, gram lentils, onions, ginger paste, garlic paste and Shan Shami Kabab Mix in a pan. Add water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and cook until meat is tender and water evaporates. Grind the mixture in a chopper. Make medium sized kababs. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the kababs on low heat from both sides.
